  • We will provide custom thank-you letters to brokers who sell and close on one of your homes.
  • We will visit the site regularly to discuss activity with on-site personnel and collect Realtor registration.
  • We will submit a monthly activity report to you and schedule monthly follow-up conference calls.
  • We will provide budget-to-actual spreadsheets at pre-arranged intervals which allow you to track your cost and benefits associated with our services.
  • Complete outsourcing of all administrative and accounting functions by L&R accountants, CPAs, and legal staff.
